At some point in our life, we all go through some kind of depression. Whether if its a phase in our life or just somehow happens from a break up with your partner. All people go through some kind of depression. And this also brings a lot of stress to our bodies.
People who suffer from depression don’t really know what to do. I am guilty for this because at some point everyone goes through this. In my case, it was a lot of stress. Going through this at some point is really hard, you actually feel like not living anymore. And you ask yourself, why was I brought to this world? This gets so bad to the point where you just start thinking is suicide the last option. The people who overcome thinking of leaving this world, end up in the doctor’s office seeking medicine for depression.
Thankfully, there may be alternatives to medicine. Clinical studies have shown that proper diet by watching what you eat has shown a big improvement in dealing with depression. Medical Doctor’s have conducted a 12 weeks study on people with depression. All of the patients that were able to complete a 12 week diet plan had some kind of improvement. These people were considered not in depression after the study. Again a strict diet plan to everyone is different depending on what is removed in the diet plan.
Another alternative to treating depression instead of medicine is vitamins and supplements. This is what I would recommend and it is what I got my mind of all the stress in my life. Which is the cause of my depression. I started going to the sports gym to get my mind out of depression.
Types Of Vitamins For Depression
Along with my workout routine, I started taking Multivitamins to treat my depression. Science does say that to treat depression, it is good to take some Vitamin B12 to fight depression. Vitamin B6 is also essential not only for depression but confusion and irritation. Vitamin D is also said to help with depression, anxiety, and mental health. Zinc is another type that aids in depression and anxiety. Folic acid is a B vitamin that will naturally treat depression. Getting your Iron and Potassium level up will also help. Having a low amount of Iron and Potassium has been linked to depression.
